We want you to feel confident using TopicKeeper. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid subscriptions. By purchasing a TopicKeeper Pro subscription, you agree to the terms described below.
TopicKeeper's core features are completely free. No payment is required to access folder organization, quick notes, conversation outlines, or instant search. There is nothing to refund for the Free plan.
The 14-day window starts on the date your first payment is processed. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except in the cases described in Section 3.
We may grant a refund outside the 14-day window in the following circumstances:

We evaluate these requests on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
The following are not eligible for a refund:
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.
Using the email address associated with your TopicKeeper subscription, email us at topickeeper@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
We process refund requests within 5 business days. If approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. We will notify users of material changes via the extension update notes or our official website. Continued use of TopicKeeper Pro after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
